Step 1

Please send the warranty claims including an order screenshot (order number and purchasing time), photos or a video of the defective device and a full description about the defect of the product to:

Please ship the defective device to our warehouse after receiving a return shipping label once the warranty claim is confirmed.

Get the warranty service, either repair or a replacement, and wait for the delivery.

Within 1 month of purchase:

No shipping cost or repairing charge will be applied.

Beyond 1 month of purchase (within the warranty period):

Shipping cost will be charged, but no repairing fee will be required.

Both shipping cost and repairing charge will be applied.

1. This Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship like physical damage to the equipment, water damage or failure to use the equipment according to instructions etc.

2. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the warranty service if the product has been subjected to illegal modification or incorrect operation without our approval, which may void the warranty.

3. In the event of a product malfunction or damage, we shall not be liable for any costs arising from unauthorized repairs or repairs conducted by individuals not authorized by us.

All accessories or kits only can be replaced or repaired once.
