LIMITED WARRANTY

This limited warranty is provided by Morxin Voltto the original consumer purchaser, guaranteeing that the MOXIN POWER inverter product will be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal consumer use during the applicable warranty period specified in Section 2 below, subject to the exclusions set forth in Section 5. The above provisions constitute MOXIN POWER's entire liability and your sole remedy, superseding any express or implied warranties. MOXIN POWER assumes no responsibility, nor does it authorize any third party to assume responsibility for any other liabilities related to the sale of MOXIN POWER products.

Morxinvolt Shipping & Returns Policy

1. Return Policy

Unused products with complete original packaging and accessories can be returned within 15 calendar days after purchase. Return authorization from our after-sales team is required. Unauthorized returns will be rejected and sent back. The customer shall bear all shipping costs and transit risks. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from refunds. Used, modified, customized and "Final Sale" items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

2. Logistics Costs & Liability

Customers are responsible for all shipping fees caused by warranty repair, voluntary returns and undeliverable parcels. Extra charges including address rerouting, storage fees and return delivery fees shall be paid by customers. We assume no liability for loss, theft or damage of parcels after the carrier confirms delivery.

3. Damaged or Missing Items Handling

If you receive damaged or incomplete goods, make remarks on the receipt and take photos as evidence within 7 working days. Contact our support team with evidence and apply for an RMA number. Late claims will not be accepted. Please use reliable logistics and reinforce packaging. You are fully responsible for any damage or loss during return transit.
