Shipping policy

We accept orders from around the world. All products are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS.

Please note that customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by your country's customs authorities or the shipping carrier are the responsibility of the buyer.

Important notes

  1. We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee exact delivery times.
    Processing time: 3–5 business days.
    Shipping time: usually 7–10 business days.
  2. A valid street address is required for all orders. Due to shipping restrictions, some items cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes.
  3. Shipping timeframes are calculated in business days (Monday–Friday) and do not include weekends or holidays.
  4. Depending on your order, items may be shipped in multiple packages. Once your order has shipped, you can track your package using the tracking link provided in your confirmation email.
  5. Once a package has been shipped, the delivery route cannot be changed. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.
  6. If your package arrives with visible damage, please contact us immediately and provide photos of the damage so that we can assist with after-sales support.
  7. Warehouse pickup is not available.

Deliveries to remote areas may incur extra shipping fees, depending on the carrier's pricing policies.
